Miramar Apartment

The concept of this project is to provide a pleasant home experience where the family can comfortably grow according to their needs. The apartment is designed to accomodate a family of 4 that has 15 year old teenager that is in a wheelchair. The style chosen for the family apartment is Japandi, as it is a style that successfully combines coziness and elegance in a space. This style is perfect for them as it creates a sense of tranquility and calmness in the home. Additionally, placing emphasis on the family's needs, the teenager will have a spacious area where their movement won't be obstructed and will not be limited.

The main bathroom features accessibility at the entrance, grab bars by the toilet and in the shower, a comfortable sink with access underneath. The kitchen was also arranged to allow the teenager to use it and create without limitations. The apartment features different fascia styles and a family balcony area where they can spend time together. Each room was designed with the family in mind, considering their tastes and interests. It is an apartment where the family can build a future together.
